No. This is a hard architectural separation, not a setting. Investor notes, scores, memos, and annotations are completely isolated from founder access. Founders only see engagement signals: who visited, which documents they opened, and how much time they spent on pages.
Yes. You can disable downloads per room and per share link. This helps you keep sensitive materials in the Dealix environment where you maintain audit visibility and control.
Yes. Audit export is a launch priority. You can export access logs, share-link changes, and key room events for compliance, diligence readiness, and internal record-keeping.
Watermarking is planned after beta. We're prioritizing it based on customer demand and the additional security it provides for sensitive documents.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our database is hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL) and files are stored on Cloudflare R2. We follow industry best practices for data residency and protection.
